Open Source software is software with source code that anyone can inspect, modify or enhance. Programs released under this license can be used at no cost for both personal and commercial purposes. There are many different open source licenses but they all must comply with the Open Source Definition - in brief: the software can be freely used, modified and shared.

This license is commonly used for video games and it allows users to download and play the game for free. Basically, a product is offered Free to Play (Freemium) and the user can decide if he wants to pay the money (Premium) for additional features, services, virtual or physical goods that expand the functionality of the game. In some cases, ads may be show to the users.

Demo programs have a limited functionality for free, but charge for an advanced set of features or for the removal of advertisements from the program's interfaces. In some cases, all the functionality is disabled until the license is purchased. Demos are usually not time-limited (like Trial software) but the functionality is limited.

This software is no longer available for the download. This could be due to the program being discontinued, having a security issue or for other reasons.

From this page you can download the latest version of PicoScope Test & Measurement oscilloscope software, PicoLog data logging software, software development kits (SDK), brochures and manuals. If you do not own a Pico product you can download the software for the product you are interested in and run in demo mode.

Pico software is free to download and use. In return all we ask is that you complete this simple survey. The survey should only take about 30 seconds to complete and the information you provide helps us to keep improving our products.

Because the software package "PSAT" (hereinafter "the toolbox") is licensed free of charge, there is no warranty for the toolbox, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Except when otherwise stated in writing the copyright holders and/or other parties provide the toolbox "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchandability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the toolbox is with you. Should the toolbox prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Right after logging into the cluster, you will find several pre-loaded software. You can find them via module list command. Although you are free to unload them using the module unload command, you should always keep the module cluster/1.0 loaded as it includes essential configurations for running computations in the cluster.

Code Composer Studio includes an optimizing C/C++ compiler, source code editor, project build environment, debugger, profiler and many other features. The intuitive IDE takes you through each step of the application development flow. Familiar tools and interfaces make getting started faster than ever before. The desktop version of Code Composer Studio combines the advantages of the Eclipse software framework with advanced capabilities from TI resulting in a compelling feature-rich environment. The cloud-based Code Composer Studio leverages the Theia application framework enabling development in the cloud without needing to download and install large amounts of software.

enDAQ also partnered with him to compile this toolbox so that folks can use it even without having a MATLAB license. This can be downloaded for free on our website along with some more information on all this free tool has to offer.

The enDAQ Lab is available for free along with some example recording files. This software currently only works with enDAQ sensors (formerly Slam Stick) recording files; but we have plans to open this up to be able to import files in the future. The software only has basic analysis capabilities but it covers the major ones typically needed: FFT, PSD, spectrogram, unit conversion, and general plotting. Data can also be exported to MATLAB or CSV (readable by Excel, Python, and other software) for follow-on analysis.

DPlot is the cheapest option on the list (besides the free ones above) and only costs $195 per license. I've had several enDAQ (formerly Slam Stick) customers recommend this software package for analyzing and plotting vibration data; and so in turn, I've recommended it to a lot of folks that are cost-conscious.

If you'd like to learn a little more about various aspects in shock and vibration testing and analysis, download our free Shock & Vibration Testing Overview eBook. This overview features some examples, background, and a ton of links to where you can learn more. And, as always, don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!

Q: What software is available and where can I access it?A: We are proud to offer Creo and PTC Mathcad to students, K12 educators, and FIRST teams for free. All of these offerings can be found here.

University students who still need more functionality can find premium licenses of both Creo and PTC Mathcad at a discounted student rate at our eStore. Remember, too, that anybody - including students - can take advantage of the free trial downloads, including a 30-day free trial of Vuforia Studio.

Q: Does a student have to reapply for the license each year?A: Creo licenses expire after one year, but students who are still in school can renew by reapplying on our free software page. The same goes for teams and competitions. You just renew each year. Windchill is provided indefinitely for student competition teams. One benefit of this renewal process is that it ensures that teams aren't working with older versions of the software.

Q: Is the academic version a limited version of the professional PTC software? How is it different?A: Yes, our academic versions of PTC software are different than the software packages our commercial customers purchase. The free versions are still very robust and can get any student designing and creating. For university students that need more functionality, we offer premium licenses of both Creo and PTC Mathcad at a discounted student rate via our eStore.

You can also download precompiled executables of SCIP with which you can solve MIP, MIQCP, CIP, SAT, or PBO instances in MPS, LP, RLP, ZIMPL, flatzinc, CNF, OPB, WBO, PIP, or CIP format. Note that these executables do not include the readline features (i.e., command line editing and history) due to license issues. However, you can download the free readline wrapper rlwrap to provide this missing feature to the executables.

The number of SCIP downloads is tracked and used to generate statistics about the downloads and to generate the world map of download locations. The personal information is used to distinguish the number of downloads from the number of users per year that might download more than one version or archive. In addition to the privacy statements of ZIB, we hereby declare that your name and affiliation recorded for the SCIP download is used for purposes of granting licenses and for statistics about software downloads, and is processed and stored on our server for the duration of a year.

If you work for academic, government, or non-profit institutions you may download and use this software for free. We only ask that you acknowledge the use of these programs in your published papers, talks, and reports. We also ask that you reference the key scientific publications where the algorithms behind the programs are described.

The most up-to-date version of PLS_Toolbox and Solo will be made available to users on our web site, www.eigenvector.com. Registered users can download new copies of the toolbox that incorporate the latest bug fixes. A username and password is required for access to the upgrades. Usernames and passwords are supplied when licenses are purchased (older version users should have received this information by registering their software). If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please write to helpdesk@eigenvector.com or use the lost username/password page accessible from the download page on the Eigenvector Research website.
